Gym Gear Inspiration

It's that time of year again. Christmas is just around the corner and most of the country is on a slimming mission. I always find that some new gym gear keeps me motivated, find what works for you I suppose. There's some great sportswear around at the moment though and it might be just the inspiration you need to get up and go.   I also think you should invest in some good trainers. These Nike Air Zoom Structure 20 ones come in a variety of styles and colours and are stylish as well as sporty. If you are looking for something to work with your fitness routine, I would definitely suggest trying the Skinny Tea. It is great for helping eliminate toxins and reduces bloating as well. This might not be for everyone but I find it works for me. Once you're healthy and eating well, that's all that matters. Just remember to be sensible about it. What motivates you to get fit? Vanilla Boutique Fermoy

In the past few years, lots of unique little boutiques have sprung up in towns across Ireland. They stock some one-off pieces that you can't get anywhere else and it's great to support local businesses as opposed to buying everything online. One of my favourite Cork boutiques is Vanilla in Fermoy. They always have chic and elegant outfits that have a touch of class about them. They have a gorgeous array of occasion outfits in store at the moment that ooze style and sophistication. Take a look and be inspired for any weddings or occasions that you may have coming up. Workwear Wardrobe

It's that time of year again, where you're gearing up to give your workwear wardrobe its annual autumn/winter overhaul. The days are definitely getting too much chilly for sleeveless blouses and dainty dresses (unless you're going to wear them with a cuddly cardy of course)... But you still want to look stylish and sophisticated although you have to wrap up that little bit more! Well,  I've got you covered (literally). Here is my guide to Autumn/Winter Workwear. Monochrome No matter the season, monochrome will always be stylish. Invest in a timeless black dress, a tailored pair of black trousers and a stylish white shirt. Try to only choose styles that suits your body shape. For example, tailored A-Line pieces and anything that gives the waist definition look great on curvy women, while fitted styles that create the illusion of curves look great on petite ladies.
